O’Neils Hair Advice Centre is owned and managed by renowned hair specialist Jeff O’Neil. With over 30 years’ experience as a hairstylist, Jeff leads a team of creative people dedicated to exceptional hairdressing. Jeff is also an educator for BluSky Brands.
